Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Magee, MS to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, and training to keep the site clean, stocked, and compliant with company standards.

You will supervise and develop staff, analyze daily sales and expenses, manage inventory and merchandising, and build strong supplier relationships while upholding safety and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Able to use computer, analyze reports, and manage inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare ongoing performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff to meet company standards in service and marketing execution.
