Zax LLC is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager in Selma, Alabama to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guests receive great experiences. You will lead the team, enforce standards, and collaborate with leadership to drive performance.

You will schedule shifts, uphold safety and food-safety guidelines, coach staff, and resolve guest issues while reporting to the General Manager and District Manager. Strong leadership and flexible availability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure standard procedures.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to meet quarterly goals.
• Create and maintain effective work schedules following company policies and local laws.
• Communicate performance expectations to staff and manage coaching and reviews.
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Handle guest concerns and report issues to General Manager and District Manager.
