This role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, flexible shifts, and opportunities to advance within the company. Training is provided to meet standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds; operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the location to provide a safe, clean, and well maintained environment.
• Perform day-to-day cleaning and basic maintenance of the restaurant.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Escalate HR and risk concerns to your supervisor as needed.
• All other duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly.
