HAZA BELL in Omaha, NE is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the restaurant general manager, oversee daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will lead shifts, train crew and shift leads, ensure food safety, manage scheduling, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with GM, manage shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Schedule staff and supervise crew and shift leads.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Monitor sales, costs, and labor to hit targets.
• Manage inventory and ordering to meet needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety audits.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
