Qualifications

• Balance employee and guest experience with financial goals and HACCP logs.
• Welcomes new team members and trains them to perform their jobs.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Build shift supervisors' capability and prepare for next levels.
• Coach brand service behaviors and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain welcoming, clean restaurant environment and product quality.
• Review scheduling and inventory to meet QSC standards.
