Job summary

Carrols, owner of Burger King, is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive restaurant performance and develop high-performing teams. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial results.

You will lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards while supporting sales growth and labor efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and team-motivation skills.
• Ability to make timely decisions and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support team members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards and removing roadblocks with hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability through inventory and asset management, and cash control.
