Job summary

Qdoba is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a strong emphasis on guest service, staff development, and sales performance. You will oversee training, food safety, and daily execution, guiding a team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

The role requires prior management experience, English communication, and a willingness to work long hours. Bonuses and benefits accompany a minimum annual salary of $50,000. E-Verify participation is noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to communicate in English is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Basic reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality.
• Assist with training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures.
• Partner with the leadership team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Assist in managing food and labor costs.
• Assist in monitoring food inventory levels.
• Manage and maintain safe working conditions.
• Develop and grow team members to reduce turnover.
• Provide training for team members and reports.
