Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or lead role in a restaurant/hospitality environment
• Demonstrated ability to support and work alongside diverse teams with a coaching and development mindset
• Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service safety; certifications preferred
• Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and a track record of contributing to operational goals
• Positive, energetic presence that supports the team and connects with guests
• Proficiency in basic business math, scheduling, inventory management, and computer systems

Responsibilities

• Assist FOH and BOH managers with day-to-day operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Support scheduling, inventory, and ordering across FOH/BOH to meet labor and cost goals
• Assist hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development to foster an inclusive workplace
• Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service standards
• Support facility needs, shift communication, and follow-up items as needed
• Develop team members and emerging leaders through programs and daily coaching
• Assist with FOH/BOH cleanliness, organization, food quality, and standards
• Lend support across FOH and BOH to enhance guest experience
