Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• The ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong, capable team.
• Drive safe, friendly, high-quality food and guest experiences.
• Lead scheduling and labor deployment while ensuring standards.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, and cost controls to protect profits.
• Represent Border Foods in handling customer issues and uphold values.
