Job summary

Burger King is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to help drive guest satisfaction and team leadership at our Texas Cleveland location. The role emphasizes servant leadership, staff training, and daily operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness targets.

You will coach shifts, oversee scheduling and on-boarding, and partner with management to improve metrics. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong guest service

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Availability to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays

• On-boarding of new team members and on-going operational assessments
