Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in El Paso is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and ensure friendly, prompt service with high-quality food in a clean restaurant.

You will work closely with the District Manager and team, lead staff, schedule shifts, and uphold standards. This role offers training, internal growth, and opportunities in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and state/federal documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and reporting.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orient new team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility checks.
• Maintain health and safety standards and inspections.
• Set a welcoming, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
