Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchise in El Paso, TX, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, welcoming space.

You will lead a small team, schedule staff, train new hires, handle shifts, and ensure health and safety standards while working closely with the District Manager. Requires 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service; weekends and holidays shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service preferred
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong leadership and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team
• Oversee coaching and development of staff and team relations
