Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and uphold the company’s standards of excellence during your shift by overseeing food service flow, task assignment, cash control, and delivering outstanding hospitality.

You will train team members under the General Manager, support daily operations, and help develop staff while ensuring compliance, safety, and a positive guest experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders while maintaining quality, service and cleanliness.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and coworkers.
• Handle HR issues, including disciplinary write-ups.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss operations and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll to meet labor costs standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Assist General Manager in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and security policies are followed.
