You will help supervise labor and food costs, coach team members, handle guest issues, and model a positive, detail‑oriented leadership style. Experience in fast-paced dining and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience with a track record of guest service.
• Experience analyzing financial statements, sales reports, or performance data.
• Strong coaching, teamwork, and staff motivation abilities.
• Attention to detail and effective time and priority management.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with inventory, scheduling, labor management, and P&L concepts.
• Focus on profits and sales growth.
