You will lead a fast-paced restaurant, coach staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold food safety standards while opening and closing the store and managing scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience; more preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods and maintain a steady schedule.
• Knowledge of operational checklists and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop and coach the restaurant team.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Open and close the store and related duties.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Ensure food safety compliance and inventory control.
• Fill in for Manager when needed in all capacities.
• Assist in employee training programs.
