Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant management (More than one year preferred).
• Serve Safe Certification - Required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Motivating, developing and coaching their team in a fast-paced environment.
• Interfacing with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Open and close store operations and manage daily scheduling.
• Maintain inventory and food safety procedures.
• Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed.
• Assist in employee training.
