Jersey Mike's Subs in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will coach staff, manage customer interactions, and handle opening/closing duties while ensuring food safety and inventory accuracy.

Starting hourly wage ranges from $19 to $20 plus tips, with opportunities for career growth within Jersey Mike's Subs. A strong emphasis is placed on training, scheduling and reliable performance in a busy store setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant management (more than 1 year preferred).
• Serve Safe Certification - Required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Motivating, developing and coaching their team.
• Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of store.
