Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to uphold quality customer service and food standards while supporting day-to-day restaurant operations and learning management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in restaurant management, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks; ServSafe or Food Handler permits are preferred, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalence.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.
• Enhance the customer’s visit while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.
