Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while assisting with restaurant management responsibilities.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, background checks, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management roles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
