Job summary

Hirebridge LLC in Nicholasville, KY, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our restaurant. You will provide quality customer service and food products, following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Candidates should have 2+ years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks;

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
