Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead and develop a team, ensuring exceptional product quality and customer service while driving sales and controlling costs.

You will manage up to 20 team members, reinforce leadership values, assist with HR tasks, scheduling, and store operations, and contribute to a world-class operation across our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Manage inventory par levels and ordering to ensure product availability.
• Assist with marketing events and promotions to increase store sales.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals.
• Maintain store exterior and ensure safety and security procedures.
• Schedule and supervise up to 20 team members.
