Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchisee in the US, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service while building sales and controlling costs. This role offers growth within a dynamic, people‑oriented environment.

The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, uphold standards for quality and sanitation, assist with scheduling, and support store profitability. Room for advancement is available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Training team members on company processes and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Manage P&L to reduce waste and ensure profitability.
