Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in achieving sales and guest satisfaction at our East Broad St. location.

You'll help recruit, train, and coach team members while ensuring safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced QSR. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years restaurant management experience, and strong communication skills; you will lead shifts, enforce policies, and drive guest service excellence while

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead shifts, coach team members, and enforce policies.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations
• Escalating any concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees or Guests to the General Manager
• Assisting with interviewing and hiring the right Team Members
• Ensuring policy and procedures are being followed on shifts
• Training Team Members on operations, Company policies and procedures and Guest service
• Identifying and responding to complaints and policy and procedure violations
• Providing regular feedback and coaching to Team Members on their performance
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
