Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, standards and training.
• Provide friendly, responsive service to guests.
• Ensure products are prepared and served to CSC standards.
• Achieve objectives for sales, service, and facility cleanliness through training and leadership.
• Handle cash and receipts accurately according to procedures.
• Fill in as needed to support guest service and operations.
• Develop staff in managerial and professional areas.
• Prepare required paperwork and reports on time.
• Ensure proper receiving and inventory procedures.
