Chicken Salad Chick is seeking an Assistant Manager who is friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about serving guests in Charlotte, NC. You will support the General Manager by ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations, coaching team members, and driving exceptional service while upholding food safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on involvement in scheduling, ordering, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Assistant Managers at Chicken Salad Chick provide strong support to the General Manager by ensuring daily restaurant operations run smoothly. As an Assistant Manager, you will:
