You will lead a team in a fast-paced setting, drive sales, and maintain rigorous standards. The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience and a Food Manager Certificate, with open availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Experience managing teams of 15+ members.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends.
• Food Manager Certificate required by health departments.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
