Fourteen Foods in Stevens Point, WI is seeking an Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations and deliver quality service in line with our standards and those of International Dairy Queen.

You will help manage shifts, train team members, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, and participate in learning restaurant management responsibilities while working a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management or similar food service leadership.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
