Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while upholding the standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each guest’s visit.

In this role, you will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities, supervise shifts, support team training, and help maintain safety, sanitation, and performance across the store. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant management or similar role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
