Fourteen Foods Career Center seeks an energetic Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations, ensuring quality customer service and adherence to company and International Dairy Queen standards. Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant management role such as Shift Manager or Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver's license; reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle checks; Food Handler’s Permit/ServSafe where required.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products per Fourteen Foods and IDQ standards.
• Assist with restaurant management responsibilities and shift operations.
