Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure exceptional guest service and food quality in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. The role emphasizes adhering to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards while assisting with and learning restaurant leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a restaurant management capacity, holds a High School Diploma or GED, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products using Fourteen Foods and IDQ standards to enhance the customer’s visit.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
