The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, teamwork, and applying Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to every guest interaction. Strong communication and reliable transportation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant management role (Shift Manager/Assistant Manager or similar).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities
