Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations with friendly, personalized service and great food delivered in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with the District Manager and team to lead a fast-paced crew, participate in training and development, and pursue managerial growth. Internal promotions are based on performance and business need.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and ability to provide required documents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
