Ayvaz Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting setting. You will support the General Manager, lead a team in a fast-paced environment, and help maintain standards and procedures.

The role emphasizes guest service, leadership, and operational excellence, with opportunities for internal advancement and collaboration with the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and/state documents as required by law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
