Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold quality and safety standards. You will work closely with the General Manager and district leadership to drive performance in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires leadership, flexibility with shifts including weekends/holidays, and a focus on delivering friendly, efficient service in a clean, inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, rotating shifts.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; must meet state and federal requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee restaurant operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules and conduct training.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
