You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage schedules, uphold health and safety standards, and coach team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintaining day-to-day financial controls.
