Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/assistant management experience in restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations; ServSafe advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations alongside the Restaurant General Manager.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation and food safety compliance.
• Train and supervise crew members and shift leads; manage scheduling and staffing.
• Handle cash, inventory, and labor controls; contribute to financial reporting.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
