Associated Staffing Inc. in Omaha, NE is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role offers $17–$21 per hour, full-time hours, and requires evening and weekend availability.

You will lead shifts, mentor staff, ensure speedy, accurate service and uphold food safety standards while partnering with the General Manager to meet sales and labor goals. This hands-on leadership position includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life and disability

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shift Lead, Assistant Manager or similar restaurant leadership role.
• Experience in fast-food, quick-service, or high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales, labor and profitability goals.
• Lead high-volume shifts while maintaining speed and efficiency.
• Oversee front counter, drive-thru, kitchen and dining operations.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Hold employees accountable to performance, food quality and service standards.
• Help build a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused crew.
• Maintain fast, accurate order service and an excellent guest experience.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness and restaurant safety standards.
• Make effective decisions during busy rushes and unexpected situations.
• Help manage inventory, product levels and daily restaurant needs.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Step up and run the restaurant in the General Manager's absence
