• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in RM's absence.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members; partner with management to uphold standards.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with brand and health regulations.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records; complete daily paperwork and reporting.
• Support RM with inventory counts, orders, and administrative duties as needed.
