Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Hastings, FL for part-time hours (days and evenings). You will assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervise the team, coach staff, and enforce brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching, food safety, cash handling, and administrative duties in RM absence, while maintaining a safe work environment and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations and supervises team in RM absence
• Leads and coaches Team Members and partners with management to maintain standards
• Coaches team to follow food prep and production guidelines
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records; completes shift paperwork and reports discrepancies
• Handles administrative duties when RM is absent
• Ensures a safe environment by following laws and safety codes
• Takes ownership to meet financial and operational metrics for profitability
