Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide quality customer service and uphold Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards while supporting restaurant management responsibilities.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced setting, ability to manage shifts, trains staff, and ensure food safety. Compelling benefits accompany the position and on-site work in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
