Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager for our restaurant, joining the team to provide exceptional customer service and quality food in line with Fourteen Foods and Dairy Queen standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities, supporting daily operations and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in a food-service management position, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
