Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Macon, GA to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence. The RAM leads and coaches team members to maintain operational standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes food safety, accurate cash handling, and adherence to health regulations, with opportunities to train staff and manage daily administrative duties when the RM is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and assigns shift duties
• Directs team and ensures food items meet Brand, Company, and health regulations
• Cascades information to team and assists with new product training
• Ensures accurate cash, sales, and inventory records; completes shift paperwork
