Circle K in Douglas, GA is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and to coach a team. You will lead shift operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and help maintain brand standards while optimizing guest satisfaction.

The RAM will supervise team members, conduct interviews, and manage paperwork during shifts, with duties covering cash control, inventory, and training. This is a part-time role with day and evening availability.

Qualifications

• Directs team and ensures compliance with brand, company, and health regulations.
• Availability across all operating hours including pre-opening and post-closing.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and assigns shift duties.
• Directs team to ensure food items meet brand, company, and health standards.
• Cascades information and assists with new product training.
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request.
• Ensures product quality, food safety and operational standards.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end-of-shift paperwork.
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork and related tasks.
• Maintains safety for staff and guests following laws and safety codes.
