Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales over $1M.
• 1+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with food safety compliance.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and implement improvements.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition with the Restaurant Manager.
