• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service results.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss statements to improve opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
