Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million.
• 1+ years deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to work various shift times including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background check; DOT screen possible.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
