Job summary

Workstream is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team leadership. The role focuses on delivering SUPERSTAR Service, supervising Crew Members and Team Leaders, and ensuring adherence to quality and cleanliness standards.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the ability to lift and move items as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to get results through others.
• Organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes necessary action to ensure all Guests receive SUPERSTAR Service; anticipates and exceeds guests needs; handles situations and requests promptly.
• Paths the restaurant to monitor all aspects of operations and anticipates problems; takes initiative to correct problem areas.
• Enforces and maintains all Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitors and maintains proper staffing levels and labor costs.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for employees and Guests.
• Effectively train Crew Members.
• Provide direction and supervision for Crew Members.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs.
• Plan, organize and implement all operational routines and activities during shifts.
• Model and set a positive example for the team.
