Circle K in Hastings, FL is seeking a part-time Restaurant Shift Lead to supervise a shift, coordinate team members, and uphold brand standards ensuring guests depart satisfied.

You will coach staff, maintain cleanliness, ensure food safety, and manage cash and inventory records during the shift, with emphasis on safety and compliance. This role requires flexibility across weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the operations of a shift in a restaurant.
• Coordinate the work of team members on the shift and maintain standards.
• Ensure guests leave satisfied with service and quality.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and assign duties.
• Ensure food preparation and service follow health and safety rules.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records; complete shift paperwork.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor.
• Uphold safety for staff and guests per laws and codes.
• Prepare incident and end-of-shift reports as required.
