Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, fast, and quality service in a clean, inviting environment. The role collaborates with the District Manager and team to uphold standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate is a personable self-starter, with at least 1 year in a similar role, and a valid driver's license. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
High school diploma or equivalent and legal work documents required.
Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation.
Excellent problem solving, decision-making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Support General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
Oversee daily operations and maintain financial controls.
Create and manage staff schedules.
Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
Set tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
