Ayvaz Pizza, Franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Donna, TX to assist daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

The role partners with the General Manager and District Manager to uphold standards, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. Weekend shifts and a team-focused environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; state/federal documents as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Manage staff schedules, training, coaching, and performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards and quality food handling.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to maintain standards and procedures.
• Create a positive, family-friendly guest experience.
